Shipping policy

Any delivery dates provided by Bambusi are estimates. Bambusi reserves the right to make deliveries in installments based on product(s) availability. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped, where you may review your order and shipping and handling information.

We ship anywhere within US.

Bambusi reserves the right to send freight and post through any of the following carriers, subject to our discretion and capacity for expedience, availability, and economy:

USPS, UPS and FedEx.

Legal title to, right of possession, and risk of loss or damage to or destruction of the Products purchased shall transfer to the Customer upon Bambusi's delivery to carrier at shipping point.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Bambusi will provide refunds for Damaged Product as described in our Return Policy.
