90-Day Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be be filled out with all of the required and correct information within 90 days of your purchase date by contacting Customer Support at support@bambusi.com. All required information must be filled out correctly and completely on the RMA form

All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return or the return may not be processed.

The RMA number must be included along with your returned product.

To obtain your RMA number submit the following information

Reason for return

Proof of purchase (screenshot or photo of your receipt or order confirmation)

Photos to support the details of the problem, if applicable (e.g. broken or missing parts)

Additional terms and conditions

Shipping and handling charges, gift-wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable.

The customer is responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges to return the product. In addition, the customer shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to Bambusi.

If you return a product to Bambusi (a) without an RMA from our customer support team or (b) without all parts included in the original package, Bambusi retains the right to either refuse delivery or refuse to refund the return.

The time to credit your account may vary, depending on processing time. Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for Bambusi to credit your account.

Returns will only be processed for products purchased directly from Bambusi .

Customer is responsible to pay for return

Customer is responsible for entering/shipping to wrong location

Only issues directly related to product malfunction are returnable/refundable

Restocking Fee (10%)

Addons ie Gift wrap (shopify backend), are not refundable

Cost to deliver the item will be deducted from refund

Warranty Process

All Warranty claims must be made only within a 1-year period from the purchased date. If a product defect arises within the allowable time, submit the following information to the Bambusi customer support team via our website:

Full details of the problem that you are experiencing with the product

Proof of purchase (screenshot or photo of your receipt or order confirmation)

Photos to support the details of the problem, if applicable (e.g. broken or missing parts)

If a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, Bambusi will either,

repair the product defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or

exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product.

Bambusi is not responsible for loss or revenue or profits, failure to realize savings or other benefits, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, damage to, compromise or, or any other special, incidental or consequential damages caused by the use, misuse or inability to use this product, or any other breach of warranty or condition regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, even if Bambusi has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nor shall recovery of any kind against Bambusi be greater than the purchase price of the product. Without limiting the foregoing, purchaser assumes all risk and liability for loss, damage of injury to purchaser and purchaser’s property and to others and their property arising out of the use, misuse, or inability to use this product sold by Bambusi not caused directly by the negligence of Bambusi.
